Founded by Vincent Lucas in 1986 and centrally located in Tysons Corner, Lucas, Moreland & Associates services corporations, partnerships, LLCs and individuals.

Terri Moreland joined the firm in 1996 as head of the tax and accounting department.  In 2005, Terri purchased the tax and accounting portion of the firm from Vincent Lucas, who continues at the firm, providing estate and financial planning.

Lucas, Moreland & Associates prides itself on offering highly personalized service in the areas of financial planning, tax return planning and preparation and bookkeeping and accounting services.  We do not charge for the initial consultation, nor do we charge for phone calls and other inquiries made during the course of the year.  All tax services are included in our tax preparation fee.  We are happy to provide clients with an engagement letter, outlining the terms and scope of our services.

Vincent Lucas graduated from Penn State University and received his Certified Public Accountant designation in 1995.  He is also a registered investment advisor.

Terri Moreland graduated from Eastern Kentucky University and received her Enrolled Agent certification in 2000 from the Internal Revenue Service.  This enables her to practice in Tax Court.

Kathy Bazow has been a valued employee with the firm since 1998 and provides support services for accounting and tax preparation.
